FINANCIAL POLICY

Tuition and Fees:

1. Non-refundable application and testing fees are required to initiate the enrollment process.

2. Registration and technology fees are due when students are accepted for admission.   Payment of these fees reserves the student a place on the class list.  These fees are non-refundable.  No exceptions.

3. Monthly tuition payments are due the first of each month beginning August 1st, and ending May 1st.  Tuition payments can be made by phone (704) 522-8566 or online by credit or debit card.  As usual, payments are made in person at the elementary and high school locations during normal school hours or by mail.  (Please make checks payable to VCCS and mail to P.O. Box 240433, Charlotte, NC 28224, ATTN: Bookkeeper.)  Students are not to handle tuition payments.

4. A $25.00 late fee per family will be automatically charged when tuition is received after the 15th of each month.

5. A late payment notice will be emailed after the 15th.

6. Any account past due after the 25th of each month will be subject to termination. If there is a problem, the parent(s) should contact the school.

7. There will be a return check charge of $30.00. If two checks are returned, all future payments must be made by money order or certified check.

8.  Students are not to handle tuition payments.  There is a $100.00 Early Withdrawal fee for any student withdrawing during the school year for any reason.  Students who withdraw or transfer to another school will have their records forwarded to the new school only after their accounts have been paid in full.

As a general rule, payments made by parents to a tax exempt organization on behalf of their children attending a private school are not considered tax deductible contributions either to the school or to the religious organization if the payments are earmarked for such children.

 

DISCOUNTS

  1.  In a family with more than one child attending VCCS, a full tuition is charged for the first child; the second child receives 5% discount for tuition only; the third child receives 10% discount for tuition only; the fourth child receives 15% discount for tuition only; and the fifth child enrolled receives 50% discount for tuition.
  2. Ten percent (10%) discount for tuition paid in full by August 1, 2017.
  3. Five percent (5%) discount for tuition paid in full prior to the start of each semester due dates: 1st Semester – August 1, 2017; and 2nd Semester – January 2, 2018.
  4. Ten percent (10%) discount on tuition for Senior Pastors for local churches

ALL REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!

Monthly tuition payments are due the first (1st ) of each month beginning August 1st, 2017, and ending May 2nd, 2018.  Payments not received by the 15th of each month will be subject to a $25 late fee (per family).

All checks should be made payable to Victory Christian Center School (VCCS).  Parents are expected to bring tuition payments or mail them directly to the school office.  Our mailing address is P.O. Box 240433 Charlotte, North Carolina 28224-0433.  Payments may also be made by debit or major credit card.

There will be a return check charge of $30.  If two checks are returned, all future payments must be made by money order or  certified check.
