Hispanic Heritage Month Ends with One Joyous Celebration!

VCCS Elementary and Preschoolers enjoyed a day of festive activities, games, food, music and even a movie. All the hype was around Hispanic Heritage Day, and the students came dressed in beautiful hats and attire representing a host of Spanish-speaking countries! In addition to the feast of delicious Spanish foods prepared by Mrs. Rita Love and crew, they won prizes and tons of candy. They played soccer, tug of war and got to take their best swings at the Piñata. They got pretty creative playing musical chairs without the chairs and other exciting games.
